Waiting to drop too many bones on the rv6 as a turbo replacement/upgrade, I shared the previous videos with an online Accord buddy.
We chatted quite a bit back when he was having issues with his turbo and was potentially
going to get my old stock turbo as a temporary.
I told him about CompTurbo
and he ended up getting what I have/had that has recently met its end
(after quite a good life, I might add) from them by sending his stock
unit in; they bore out the housing and upgrade billets, etc.
Fast forward many months and his 1.5t
retired...
... but that spinny boy is right as rain and will soon be transplanted into KITTANA!
I may be back on the road sooner than I had anticipated!

Well, that explains why I lost boost. The turbine shaft, she done broke. :D

Yup. It’s not supposed to do that. At least now I know that the turbine is busted. Looks like I’ll be ordering the rv6 sooner than I anticipated.
Oh, how long has it been now? 2 months? 3?
This summer, I installed the ClutchMasters 725 twin disc
Maybe a month in?
I lost boost…
